Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

If your order is marked as a pre-order (during harvest or hunting season), it will be fulfilled based on harvest availability and shipped on a first-order, first-dispatch basis. We’ll notify you if a pre-order requires additional time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Actual transit time depends on destination country, customs processing, and local courier service

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Harvest & Pre-Order Shipments

Mad honey is a seasonal product harvested during specific periods of the year. If you place an order during an active hunting/harvest period or a pre-order window, your order will be:

  • Fulfilled from the next available harvest
  • Dispatched in the order it was received (first come, first shipped)

This helps ensure fairness and freshness.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided when available.

Please allow upto 5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or orders returned due to address errors.

Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions, customs clearance, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions. We will always do our best to dispatch orders promptly and assist if unexpected delays occur.
